Forever changed, I searched for myself in the darkness and brought all parts of me to the light.
It all started with a confession. A confession of love to someone who never saw my fullness, for me to realize that I had abandoned myself in the pursuit of being accepted by others. I find myself looking back and realizing that I was love all along and that sacrificing my codependency to being 1 of 2 in a society that desires my subjugation was necessary to be free.
